Family Camp at Lake of the Woods |
We had Family Camp at the Girl Scout Camp Echo at Lake of the Woods over Labor Day Week End. We had 89 folks enjoy the lake and sunshine even though a cold front moved in taking the temperature down to 30 degrees on Saturday and Sunday nights! The canoes, paddle boats, kayaks, and speedboats were well used during the sunshine. Many folks enjoyed the fire in the dining hall with good food, games and jigsaw puzzles. Everyone is anxious to repeat the adventure next year! Thanks to all who helped make this a grand event!!
